Enhance your installation efficiency with pre-drilled tap and waste holes for your vanity benchtop. To add waste and tap holes to your benchtop before it leaves our warehouse, simply select your preferred options when placing your order. Choose between a waste hole only or both waste and tap holes from the drop-down menu.
Our standard benchtops are not pre-drilled, this allows for greater customisation to fit your specific needs. However, keep in mind that if you opt for the standard configuration, your installer will need to drill the holes on-site. By choosing our pre-drilling service, you can avoid the hassle and ensure precise hole placements.
Once you add this service to your order, we will send you a “Benchtop Hole Cutting Template” where you can specify the exact locations for the holes. Just provide your requirements, and we’ll handle the rest.

*This service is exclusively available with Fontaine's benchtop products only (purchased separately). If your benchtop is in stock, the lead time for this service is 5 business days, please add an additional 5 business days to the estimated arrival date (ETA) for out of stock products. We will provide general recommendations for standard tap hole and waste positions to ensure compatibility with your vanity. Custom positions can be accommodated; however, please be aware that the buyer will be responsible for any discrepancies, as Fontaine cannot be held liable for issues arising from custom placements. A template will be provided for your approval before we proceed with the hole cutting process. Once approved, the cutting positions will be final. This service is classified as a special order, Fontaine cannot accept returns or refunds for any benchtop services or products once the templates have been approved and signed off.
Warehouse Pick Up
-Pick up of your order is available within 1 business day* from our Hallam Distribution Centre. (8-10 Conquest Way, Hallam VIC 3803 | Open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm)
-You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection, please wait for the confirmation that your order is ready. If you require an urgent pick up, it must be confirmed prior to placing your order, please call or email us.
-If you wish to arrange a collection of your order by a third party courier, you must provide 24 hours notice via email and it must be confirmed by Fontaine prior to collection. Fontaine cannot be liable for the good/s after they have been dispatched and signed for, so we suggest you arrange your own insurance.
*When ordered before 12pm. Applies to in-stock orders only, additional lead times will apply for pre-orders, custom stone top orders, and out of stock items.
Closest Store Pick Up
-Pick up of your order from your closest store (address listed) will be within the specified lead time*. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection, please wait for the confirmation that your order is ready.
-If you require an urgent pick up, please select the option to pick up from the Hallam Distribution Centre. You will need to confirm urgent pick up prior to placing your order, please call or email us.
Depot Collection
-Your order will be dispatched to your closest courier depot (address listed) for you to collect during business hours.
-You will receive an email to notify you that your delivery is ready for collection, along with the depot’s hours of operation, address and pick up instructions.
-To avoid storage fees, you must collect your item within 6 days from the time of receipt at the depot.
-Delivery lead time is 1 business day for picking & packing of your order, then allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery, from the time payment is received *(WA, NT & FNQ please allow 5-8 business days delivery).
Standard Home Delivery
-The receiver will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled for either an AM or PM slot on any given day. The carrier then provides an updated two hour delivery window depending upon the driver’s progress.
-This service utilises power tailgates and two man crews when required.
-Delivery is to your front carport, driveway, doorstep or wherever practical depending upon site access. Drivers are not permitted to move item(s) within the residence or around the property due to OHS reasons.
-This service assumes reasonable and safe access to the site is available. Overhanging trees, steep driveways, tight streets or an unforeseen obstruction may deem the delivery unavailable.
