Fontaine is committed to making it easier for you to buy our products - this is why we offer delivery to wherever in Australia you may be! Our online shop will allow you to receive an instant quote for your delivery, all you have to do is enter your postcode and you will receive an instant price for shipping before you even add your item to your cart.

We deliver your Fontaine products to anywhere in Australia you may be at a very competitive rate. All you have to do to get your instant delivery quote is start shopping, enter your delivery postcode and the page will update with your delivery fee for that item, you can review it and add it to cart to proceed to checkout and then finalise your transaction.

We also offer collection of your order from our distribution centre in Hallam, Victoria. Alternatively, you can enter postcode 3042 at checkout to pick up your order from our showroom located in Niddrie, Victoria.

So feel free to place an order for pick up to avoid paying for delivery costs. Please keep mind only one postcode destination or pick up option can be selected per order.

Save money by picking up your items from your local depot

When freighting large items sometimes postage costs can be higher than anticipated. In particular when sending goods interstate or regional areas, extra freight charges are enough to take your purchase over budget. 

Selecting Depot Delivery allows you to save extra postal handling fees. When your order is ready for collection simply pick it up from your local depot. You can use the Delivery Calculator on each product page and shopping cart to see where your local depot is located.

Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre, you will be kept up to date with tracking via email. You will receive a notification when the order has left our distribution centre and a notification when the order has arrived at our local depot. The notification will outline all the details regarding pick up.

When ordering online, select the check box ‘depot delivery’ for your instant quote and depot details. You can decide instantly before you add the item to cart whether you think this is the best option for you. Once you have chosen your preferred delivery option, your cart will automatically remember your preferences as you continue to shop.

This option is convenient and extremely flexible, it can save you time especially if you have a busy lifestyle. You can arrange to pick up your items safely at the depot at a time that suits you.

Are you near Melbourne and don't want to pay for delivery?

We recommend selecting the shipping option 'Pick Up' from the cart page if you don't want to pay a delivery fee, pick up is free of charge. You can choose to 'click and collect' from the closest store based on your location with the postcode you entered into the cart.

We will notify you once your order is ready for collection, the lead time for your order will depend on the store location, all showroom pick-ups will have an additional 3 business day delay to move the stock from the distribution centre to the store for you to collect.

To pick up from our distribution centre instead of your closest store in Hallam, Victoria open Monday - Saturday (9am - 5.00pm), you can place an order online Hallam Warehouse Pickup. If you wish to pick up your order from our Niddrie showroom enter postcode 3042 at check out and select 'Closest Store Pick Up'.

You can pick up your order from our Niddrie location Monday - Saturday (9am - 5.00pm) and Sunday (11am - 3.00pm) Our Niddrie showroom is located 525 Keilor Rd, Niddrie VIC 3042 and collection of your order needs to be arranged 24 hours prior to pick up.

Please note that payment should be cleared prior to collecting your order, therefore if there is a bank transfer delay, there will be a delay in dispatch and availability to collect. If you wish to collect your product/s sooner, please make your payment via credit card or PayPal as these payment options clear instantly. Our distribution centre is located at 8-10 Conquest Way, Hallam, VIC 3803 and collection of your order needs to be arranged 24 hours prior to pick up. Please call 03 9703 1345 to confirm your collection prior to taking the trip down.

How do I calculate shipping for my order?

Once your complete order has been added to the cart, you can check the shipping price for the complete order on the cart page by entering your postcode and delivery method, you can get an instant shipping quote based on your order and delivery method, see the section below, how to get a quote for the shipping of my order in the cart. The product page tab called ‘Delivery Calculator’ shows you a quick delivery calculator per item. You can get an instant quote for shipping of each product by entering your postcode/address, however its best to get a full quote of your order together in the cart.

How is the shipping fee calculated?

We use various shipping methods to deliver our products. We choose the delivery method based on the size and weight of the product or order. Based on the order in the cart, we can instantly fetch a price from our delivery partner which is then provided on our cart as the delivery fee. These methods include Fontaine Delivery, Courier Delivery, Freight Carriers, Australia Post Satchels, and we also offer free pick up for customers to collect their orders or to arrange their own shipping and also depot collection options.

How to get a quote for the shipping of my order in the cart?

Shopping Cart: Once you have added all the desired products to your cart, click on the "Go to Cart" button. In the cart, take a moment to review the quantities of the products you have added. If you wish to increase the quantity, simply input the desired amount and click onto "Update Shopping Cart" button. Alternatively, you can move the item to your Wishlist if you prefer to include it in a future order, for this you will need to create an account and be logged in.

When you are ready to checkout, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button that will take you to the shipping page and complete your order.

Checkout Step 1: Enter your email, details, and shipping address.

Once you enter your postcode, then choose your suburb from the available options that will be displayed.

Based on your suburb, a list of shipping methods will appear, along with their corresponding prices. Take a moment to review the available options and their respective prices, and choose the shipping method that best suits your preferences. If you prefer to pick up your order, select the "Pick Up" option, which will be listed as $0. The collection location will be automatically set to the closest store based on the suburb you selected. If you're looking to pick up your item quickly, we suggest opting for the Warehouse Pick Up option. This way, you can get your item in the shortest possible time. Checkout Step 2: Once you have selected your shipping method, click the next button to proceed to Step 2 Review & Payments. After you have selected your payment method, please take a moment to review the ‘Delivery Method Terms & Conditions’ and the ‘Terms & Conditions of Sale’ and check the respective boxes, then click on the place order button to finalise your order.

What shipping services do you have?

We have three types of shipping services for you to choose from:

If you want the products to be delivered directly to your doorstep, you can use our Delivery services. Our standard delivery services will deliver your Fontaine products to anywhere in Australia. The shipping fee is calculated based on the size and weight of your order; we quote you the most cost-efficient option which is displayed as your shipping fee on our cart page.

If you live in Melbourne and don’t want to pay for delivery, you can pick up your products from our nearest showroom or distribution centre located in Hallam, Victoria that opens Monday - Saturday (9am - 5.00pm). Collection of your order needs to be arranged 24 hours prior to pick up.

If you are not in Melbourne and want to pick up your order, you can choose our depot collection service. You can choose your nearest depot from over 100 locations in Australia and pick up your items from there at a time that suits you.

In which country do you deliver your products?

Our products are delivered across Australia (AU). We do not ship internationally.

In what areas do you deliver your products?

We deliver our products to all Australian states and territories including New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS), Victoria (VIC), Western Australia (WA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and Northern Territory (NT), post codes ranging from 0200-9999.

What is the handling time for my order?

Once your payment has cleared and you have provided all required information including delivery details, the minimum handling time is 1 business day for picking & packing, and your order will then be shipped on the next business day. Next business day dispatch is applicable for orders placed before 12pm. Applies to in-stock orders only, additional lead times will apply for pre-orders, custom stone top orders, and out of stock items.

Please note that some payments may take several days to clear which may delay dispatch, to avoid delays please review the payment options at the checkout. If we need to confirm any details, we will contact you within the next business day after the order is placed.

What is the transit time for my order?

The delivery transit time is 1 business day for picking & packing of your order and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery, from the time payment is received (WA, TAS, NT & FNQ please allow 5-8 business days). If your order has not been delivered within this time frame, please contact us and we will follow it up for you. The delivery estimate times mentioned above are to be used as a guide which are averages under normal circumstances and may vary from mentioned.
