At Fontaine, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get your dream bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

After several requests from our customers, Fontaine is now offering Afterpay to help you manage your payments easier!

Afterpay is an interest-free payment service that allows you to get your Fontaine products while you pay them off gradually over eight weeks. It is similar to layby, except you get to take home your purchases before you’ve finished paying for them. If you select to pay with Afterpay, your Fontaine products will be posted to you as normal and you will pay gradually in four equal fortnightly installments.

There are no fees or extra charges if you pay on time. Just ensure that you have enough funds available in your nominated account when the installments are due. Afterpay will then process your payment automatically. If your payment bounces, Afterpay will send you a reminder and you will have 24 hours to log into your Afterpay account and make the payment. If you don’t, you’ll be charged a $10 late fee. If you still haven’t made the payment after another 7 days, then you’ll be charged another late fee of $7. Afterpay will send you SMS reminders to ensure that you pay on time - because ultimately Afterpay want you to avoid fees!

It's important to know that Afterpay sets a maximum credit limit of $2000 for retail customers, which may vary based on factors such as credit score, history, and other considerations. This convenient payment option is also available for in-store purchases.

Since Afterpay isn’t a loan company, you don’t need to be approved for an account like you would a credit card or personal loan. The only criteria are that you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card that you can link your account to.
